Nero is a very affectionate boy with people, though he isn't always too keen on the other dogs in the kennel, especially those younger than him; he has his position in the pack and he is going to maintain that position! He does seem to be mellowing a bit with age though, much to the relief of the rest of the kennel! A hard working boy who is very vocal when hooked up and just wants to go. Nero isn't the fastest dog we have in the kennel nor is he a natural leader but he is very consistent and very powerful; you really notice that Nero is there when you are looking for that extra something on the hills.
