Medea

Med's is crazy, there really is no better way to describe her. Life is fun for Medea and whether on the trail or back home in the kennel she lives that life to the full. Living up to her name she can terrorise pups, dogs and humans alike with her exuberance and failure to stand still for more than one second. Completely focused on the trail ahead, like Paris she has been a revelation in her first year. We tried her at lead in training thinking that her height and length of stride would make her an ideal running partner for our other lead girl Poppy, she took to it straight away showing a complete willingness to learn and to keep the team going down the trail; she is now rarely out of lead. Like Paris, and despite initial reservations about her confidence with crowds, she too led us out of Fort Kent on the Can Am and also stayed out front for the entire 60 miles.
