Medea has now firmly established herself as the main lead dog in the kennel. It is not just her drive and obvious intelligence that ensures she stands out as a leader but she is so calm and confident when hooked up at lead that it is obvious that she belongs, and wants to be, at the front of the team. I cannot imagine entering a race without having Medea at lead; it is a struggle just to go on a training run without having her at the front of the team.
